1. Shipping costs and information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Orders are shipped with DHL or GLS.

We ship to Germany and Austria. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below:

1.1 Shipping to Germany and Austria:

We offer two shipping options. On the one hand standard shipping including tracking and on the other hand premium shipping with the possibility to track the package at any time and prioritized processing. From an order value of 40€ we currently ship free of charge.

3.1 Credit Card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

3.2 Payment via online banking with SOFORT
SOFORT is a fast and convenient payment method with a TÜV certificate and TÜV-tested transaction security based on tried-and-tested online banking with PIN/TAN entry for the secure processing of your online purchases.

SOFORT works like a normal online transfer at your bank. You can carry out the payment process for an online purchase directly with the account details of your online bank account.

The individual steps at a glance:

• 1. During your order, select your preferred payment option online banking/SOFORT.
• 2. As soon as you have entered your order details completely, click on "BUY NOW". You will be automatically forwarded to the Sofort GmbH payment form
• 3. The following information has already been filled in for you:
  - PP Brothers OG bank details
  - transfer amount
  - Purpose (transfer number, customer number)
• 4. Please enter your bank code first so that we can establish a connection with your bank.
• 5. Enter your login name and your PIN as well as the TAN assigned by your bank. Note: The actual order completion takes place in the next step, after entering and confirming your bank details on the secure Sofort GmbH form
• 6. If you select "Continue" after entering your TAN, the ordering process is complete.

4. (Payment via one or more other payment service providers

4.1 PayPal Express

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

4.2 Klarna

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Klarna, you must be registered there or first register, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask Klarna to initiate the payment transaction. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Delivery time information

- Germany: 4 - 5 working days
- Austria: 3 - 4 working days

In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
