Which bikes do Flex Clips fit?

Flex Clips reflectors fit any conventional bicycle with a spoke diameter of 1.8 - 2.0mm.

How many Flex Clips do I need?

A conventional bicycle has 36 spokes per wheel. Depending on which pattern you choose, you need a different number of Flex Clips. For example, if you want to mount a Flex Clip on each spoke, you need 72 pcs for a complete bike.

Are Flex Clips StVZO or StVO compliant?

Our Flex Clips reflectors are permitted in accordance with the German StVZO and the Austrian StVO and may be used in road traffic. For country-specific requirements, please refer to the relevant road traffic regulations.

How do Flex Clips glow in the dark?

Our Flex Clips are made of plastic and are coated with a self-reflective foil from 3M. So you are visible all around from up to 200 meters.

How many pieces are in a pack?

We pack Flex Clips in packs of 36. Standard bicycle rims have 36 spokes. A pack of Flex Clips is therefore sufficient for a complete rim.

Do Flex Clips slide back and forth while driving?

Flex Clips sit firmly and securely on the spokes of your bike.

Are Flex Clips also suitable in the rain?

Yes, Flex Clips remain effective even in the rain and do not slip.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer two shipping options with DPD. On the one hand uninsured standard shipping without tracking and on the other hand insured premium shipping with the possibility to track the package. From an order value of 30€ we ship free of charge as standard.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the type of shipping option and the destination country, shipping usually takes between 2 - 3 working days.

Where can you ship?

Due to the high demand, shipping can only be made to Germany and Austria.

Are packing stations supported?

Yes, you can also have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please make sure that you enter the delivery address correctly, as follows:

Can I track my order?

After your order has been successfully handed over to our shipping service provider DHL or GLS, you will automatically receive a notification by email. In this you will find a link to tracking the shipment. If you still have difficulties tracking your package, you are of course welcome to write to our customer support here .

What if one or more Flex Clips arrive damaged?

If the Flex Clips are damaged during delivery, we are of course very sorry. Contact our customer support and we will be happy to send you a new delivery free of charge.

You don't like our products or there are other defects?

If you don't like the WeFlex products, you can easily return them 30 days after receipt of the goods. You will of course be refunded the purchase price. You can find more in the cancellation policy section.

Which payment methods do we offer?

In our online shop you can pay by PayPal, credit card, Klarna or Shopify Payments.
